1. Who We Are

Precizo provides a cannabis product matching and profile experience designed to help adults compare cannabis products based on stated preferences, desired effects, tolerance, avoidances, format preferences, product information, and feedback.

Precizo is an independent technology provider. We do not sell cannabis, we are not licensed to sell cannabis, and we do not cultivate, manufacture, test, sell, dispense, deliver, or process cannabis transactions. We do not provide medical advice, legal advice, pharmacy services, or healthcare services. Any purchase happens only at a licensed dispensary, which makes the final decision on every sale.

2. Eligibility and Age

The Service is intended only for adults who are at least 21 years old, or the minimum legal age required to access cannabis-related information in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher.

By using the Service you confirm you meet the applicable age requirement. If you do not, you may not use the Service. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.

3. Cannabis Laws Vary

Cannabis laws vary by state, country, and locality, and cannabis remains illegal under federal law even where it is legal under state law. Cannabis may be restricted or prohibited in your location.

You are responsible for understanding and following all laws that apply to you. Precizo does not guarantee that any product, dispensary, use case, or recommendation is legal where you are located. Use cannabis responsibly and never drive or operate machinery while impaired.

4. No Medical Advice

Precizo is not a medical provider. The Service is for informational and preference-matching purposes only. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, and it does not create any provider relationship.

Precizo recommendations are based on your stated preferences, product information, and Precizo’s scoring logic. They are not medical advice. You should consult a qualified healthcare provider before using cannabis or cannabis-derived products for any medical condition, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, have a medical condition, have a history of mental health concerns, or are sensitive to cannabis.

5. No Guarantee of Experience

Cannabis affects individuals differently. Precizo may help identify products that appear to better fit your stated preferences, but Precizo does not guarantee that any product will produce a specific effect, avoid a specific effect, be safe for you, be available, be legal for you, or be appropriate for your circumstances.

Match scores, fit scores, confidence levels, product explanations, safety flags, and profile insights are informational estimates, not guarantees.

6. Product Information

Product information may come from dispensaries, product menus, brands, labs, certificates of analysis, public product listings, user-submitted information, or other third-party sources. It may be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, unavailable, or different from the product actually sold. Inventory, pricing, potency, serving size, ingredients, terpene data, cannabinoid data, batch data, and availability may change without notice.

Always review product labels, packaging, warnings, serving sizes, lab results, and dispensary information before purchasing or consuming any cannabis product.

7. Dispensaries and Third Parties

The licensed dispensary, not Precizo, governs the actual purchase, including age and identity verification, purchase limits, and the final sale decision. Nothing the Service shows is a promise that any product is available or that any purchase will be completed.

Precizo is not responsible for the acts, omissions, products, services, advice, pricing, inventory, compliance, or representations of any dispensary, brand, lab, delivery service, website, payment provider, or other third party. Any purchase, sale, pickup, delivery, return, refund, or dispute involving cannabis products is between you and the applicable dispensary or third party.

8. Information You Provide and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect, how we use it, your choices, and your rights. By using the Service you agree to the Privacy Policy. You can use the questionnaire and view results without creating an account. Saving a profile is optional and requires your separate, affirmative consent.

9. Your Precizo Profile and Feedback

If you choose to save results, create a profile, sign in, or submit feedback, Precizo may store information such as your questionnaire answers, saved matches, product ratings, feedback, product history, profile strength, and related profile information.

Your feedback may be used to help your profile reflect what worked, what missed, what you want again, and what you may want to avoid. Precizo may also use aggregated or de-identified feedback to improve the Service, understand product performance, generate analytics, and support product intelligence. Do not submit false, misleading, unlawful, harmful, or inappropriate feedback.

10. Accounts and Sign-In

Some features may require you to sign in using an email code, password, or another authentication method. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service if you are under the applicable legal age.
• Use the Service where cannabis-related information or activity is prohibited.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, copy, clone, or interfere with the Service or attempt unauthorized access.
• Use the Service to violate any law or third-party rights.
• Use the Service to market, sell, distribute, or facilitate cannabis transactions unlawfully.
• Attempt to access another user’s account or information.
• Upload malicious code, spam, or harmful content.

12. Intellectual Property

Precizo, including its name, branding, website, copy, scoring logic and engine, design, profile experience, software, product matching system, data structures, explanations, and related content, is owned by Precizo or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may use the Service for your personal or authorized business purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, license, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Service without our written permission.

13. Business and Dispensary Use

If you access Precizo on behalf of a dispensary, brand, business, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Additional agreements may apply to dispensary subscriptions, demos, onboarding, product data, analytics, reporting, or business services. If a separate written agreement conflicts with these Terms, the separate written agreement controls for that business relationship.

14. Analytics and Reports

Precizo may provide usage analytics, product match trends, customer feedback summaries, retention insights, or other reporting to dispensaries, brands, or business partners. Where possible, business-facing reports will use aggregated or de-identified information unless a user has authorized sharing or the information is necessary to provide the Service.

15. Communications

By providing your email or contact information, you agree that Precizo may send you service-related messages, such as sign-in codes, profile access emails, saved match information, feedback prompts, product experience reminders, support messages, and important updates. Marketing communications, where used, will include an unsubscribe option where required by law.

16. No Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. PRECIZO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR AVAILABLE AT ALL TIMES. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRECIZO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

17. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRECIZO AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND PARTNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, PERSONAL INJURY, PRODUCT EFFECTS, CANNABIS-RELATED OUTCOMES, OR BUSINESS LOSSES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRECIZO’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID DIRECTLY TO PRECIZO IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.

18. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Precizo and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, service providers, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, your submitted information, or your interaction with any dispensary, product, brand, or third party.

19. Changes to the Service

Precizo may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update scoring logic, product explanations, profile features, questionnaires, disclaimers, pricing, availability, and integrations.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

21. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer-protection or other non-waivable rights you may have under the laws of the state where you reside, and where such laws apply, they control to the extent of any conflict. You and Precizo will try to resolve disputes informally first.
